How do Flyntlok integrations work, and how long do they take to set up?
Flyntlok talks to manufacturer, accounting, payment, and telematics platforms over their APIs, so parts data, pricing, financial records, and machine hours move on their own instead of getting re-keyed. Most connections are configured during onboarding alongside your data migration, and our team does the setup with you rather than handing you a credentials form.
What does Flyntlok integrate with?
OEM parts catalogs and price files (John Deere, STIHL, Bobcat, Volvo CE, Hitachi, AGCO, PACCAR for Peterbilt and Kenworth, SANY, Develon, Toro and Exmark, and Grasshopper), accounting (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Xero), payments (Gravity Payments: cards, saved cards, ACH, and pay-by-text), telematics (Samsara, Motive), marketing (True Radius Marketing, Dealer Spike), e-commerce (Shopify), and shipping (Shippo, FedEx, UPS, USPS). Kubota price files are live, with the Kubota parts connections rolling out, and a T-Mobile telematics integration is in development. Anything not on the list can still connect through the direct API.
Which equipment manufacturers does Flyntlok support?
John Deere, STIHL, Bobcat, Volvo CE, Hitachi, AGCO, PACCAR (Peterbilt and Kenworth), SANY, Develon (formerly Doosan), and Toro and Exmark are all live. Kubota price files are live, with the parts connections rolling out. Grasshopper POs export in Grasshopper's upload format, and Grasshopper price files are live. Each one has a dedicated integration page that spells out exactly which dealer interfaces are supported, and Flyntlok keeps 400+ OEM price files current.
Which accounting platforms does Flyntlok integrate with?
Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. Sage Intacct suits multi-location dealership groups and complex ownership structures, QuickBooks Online fits most single-store and small multi-store dealers, and Xero is built for dealers in Australia and New Zealand. Flyntlok does not carry its own general ledger; it syncs to the system you already close your books in.
Does Flyntlok connect to telematics?
Yes. The Samsara integration puts machine location, engine hours, and fault codes on the machine record itself. Service schedules off real hours instead of guesses, rental bills and tracks utilization off actual usage, and sales can quote a used unit without sending someone out to read a meter. The Motive integration updates engine hours, mileage, and GPS location on matching machines every night, so nobody keys in meter readings by hand. A T-Mobile integration with the same kind of machine data is in development.
Does Flyntlok have a direct API?
Yes. Flyntlok has a direct API, and new product updates ship every two weeks, including new OEM and partner connections. If the system your dealership depends on is not in the directory yet, it can still talk to Flyntlok. Tell us what you run and we will scope it.
