Frequently asked questions
Flyntlok integrates with Volvo, Hitachi, Doosan/Develon, Bobcat, John Deere, and more — covering electronic parts ordering, catalog access, warranty submission, and pricing updates from one interface.
Yes. Flyntlok manages the full rental lifecycle — contracts, mobile inspections, GPS fleet tracking, utilization KPIs, and automatic work order generation on equipment return. Rental data flows directly into your accounting without re-entry.
Cloud-native architecture means every branch runs on the same live data. Consolidated reporting, inter-branch inventory visibility, and per-location P&L through Sage Intacct. Adding a location means adding a login, not a server room.
Flyntlok is cloud-native — built from scratch on modern architecture. No on-prem servers, no annual upgrade projects, no VPN tunnels. New features ship every Wednesday automatically. The Item Genome parts intelligence engine has no equivalent in legacy systems. And Flyntlok's best-of-breed accounting approach (QuickBooks + Sage Intacct) replaces the limited built-in GLs that legacy providers offer.
Flyntlok runs two implementation paths. A fixed five-week expedited program covers implementation and post go-live support, and a custom enterprise plan typically runs two to six months. Dealerships under 20 users at a single location almost always run expedited, and any dealership over 30 users runs as an enterprise implementation. Between 20 and 29 users it depends on location count and integration footprint. Flyntlok handles OEM integration, accounting sync, and data migration. Your team's main job is validating data and showing up to training.
Yes. Mobile access for clocking, parts ordering, documentation, and customer communication — from any device. Your field techs stay connected to the service pipeline whether they're in Bay 3 or on a jobsite two hours away.
