ABOUT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Flyntlok Inc. (“we,” “us”, or “our”) provides products and services for commercial and non-commercial enterprises services, including, but not limited to, point-of-sale, inventory management and support services, in addition to our website and certain online portals and applications, including our Sparks Self-Service Portal (collectively, the “Flyntlok Products”, and each individually, a “Flyntlok Product”).
As a part of our business operations, we routinely collect and retain information about our customers, website visitors and Flyntlok Product users, including personally identifiable information (“PII”). PII, as used in international, US and local privacy laws, and information security standards and guidelines, is information that can directly or indirectly be linkable to a single person, or to identify an individual in context. This information is necessary in allowing us to provide our services or provide information about our services and company. It may be used for, but is not limited to, such activities as: administration of records; execution of accounting and
funding; compliance with laws or regulations; and/or the development of future products. We are the sole owner of the PII collected from the access or use of any Flyntlok Product.

We will not sell, share, trade, or rent PII to others in ways different from what is disclosed within this statement or agreed to in our Master Subscription Terms with a customer. Many of our customers are businesses or other non-person legal entities.
Regardless of the source of PII, whether it is information we solicit directly from our customers, from visitors to our web site, users of Flyntlok Products, or whether we collect PII during the processing of transactions, we regard all PII as private and take commercially reasonable steps to protect its integrity and confidentiality. No PII regarding specific persons will be provided to any third party except: (1) to obtain commercial and credit information to establish, maintain or renew a customer contract(s), (2) as may be required to provide any of the services for which a customer has subscribed, (3) as may be legally permitted or required, (4) to assist in preventing or prosecuting fraud, or to otherwise comply with a requirement or request of a governmental entity, (5) to comply with the rules and regulations of any credit or debit card payment network, or (6) with the person’s written consent.
INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA OUR WEB SITE OR APPLICATION
We may solicit, collect, or retain public or non-public personal information regarding customers or visitors to our web sites and/or Flyntlok Products only as may be required to allow Flyntlok Inc. to provide services or respond to requests for information about Flyntlok Products. The only PII Flyntlok Inc. obtains about a visitor to our web site is information that is voluntarily supplied. This PII (including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) will be used to contact you to fulfill your request.
THIRD PARTIES
Portions of the Flyntlok Products may be provided by third‑party service providers with whom we have a contractual relationship. In such cases, we may disclose your personal data to these service providers solely as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions and applicable contractual obligations.
For example, we may use third-party customer relationship management and communication platforms, such as HubSpot, to store contact information, manage customer interactions, and support marketing and customer service activities.
These service providers are authorized to process PII that is not de-identified and aggregated only for the limited purpose of providing services to us, and not for their own independent purposes. Where permitted by law and contract, service providers may use de‑identified and aggregated data for internal business purposes, including service improvement, provided such data cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.

USE OF ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), as well as other analytics tools and technologies, to understand how visitors interact with the Flyntlok Products.

- Data Retention. We retain user-level and event-level data associated with cookies and identifiers for a limited period. Our Google Analytics 4 configuration is set to automatically delete this data after 14 months of inactivity, ensuring that we do not store your information longer than is necessary for our analytical and business purposes.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
As a customer of Flyntlok Inc., you may be provided with a unique identifier such as a username and password which is intended to authenticate your identity when accessing our systems. Such identifying items are intended to be secret and to be known, possessed, and used only by you. The effectiveness of these mechanisms for authenticating your identity are dependent upon your keeping them in your exclusive possession and upon your protecting them from the discovery, access, or possession of others. SECURITY PRACTICES
We use a variety of controls and measures to protect personal or sensitive information. We test, review, and update this technology from time to time to improve and enhance our security systems.
REFUND POLICY
Any setup fee or other custom-coding fees (collectively, “Custom Coding Fees”) charged during the setup or service period are 100% Non-Refundable under any circumstances, even if the service is cancelled immediately after Custom Coding Fees have been paid.
Modifications to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
SMS TERMS OF USE
FLYNTLOK, INC. TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from Flyntlok, Inc., you accept these Terms & Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).
CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING
By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
E-SIGN DISCLOSURE
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.
FLYNTLOK TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn’t limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and isn’t intended to modify our general “Privacy Policy”, incorporated by reference above, which may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.
COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.
FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us.
OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP. As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and one of our employees and their associated phone number. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.
