A year at an ag dealership

Your year runs on seasons. So does Flyntlok.

Every season puts a different person under pressure: the counter at planting, techs in the field, the shop at harvest, the office in the off-season. Here is where Flyntlok shows up for each of them.

Planting

Five farmers at the counter, all asking for the same planter parts.

Parts on the shelf before the rush

Smart Stocking recommends stock levels from your own sales history and seasons. The Item Genome finds the right part from the model, and a transfer pulls it from your next location.

The whole job, from the field

Techs pull up the machine's history, order parts from the work order, and dictate tech notes by voice. The office sees every update as it happens.

Harvest

The right part, the first time

Price files for 400+ brands load pricing, supersessions, and substitutions on their own. Whatever the brand, the counter orders today's part number from the purchase order, and the right part ships the first time.

Customer story: White's Tractor

From farm implements to four connected stores

A century ago, Stephanie Smith's great-grandfather sold farm implements out of his veterinary practice. Today her family runs four Bobcat stores in North Carolina on Flyntlok, with a daily courier moving parts between them.

“We have a firmer grasp on our parts inventory currently than we have ever had.”

Why Flyntlok

Built by dealers who ran John Deere, Volvo, and Bobcat lines.

Flyntlok started at a dealer's own counter, and that is still who it's built for.

The Flyntlok team

Flyntlok was founded by a former equipment dealer who needed software that kept up with his own stores. The team still builds that way, with new product updates every two weeks.

Switching to Flyntlok

Go live in the off-season, not in the middle of harvest.

Planting and harvest are no time to learn new software. We set your dates around the slow months, connect your OEMs and books, and train every role before the next rush.

  1. 01

    Plan around your season

We learn your OEM mix, locations, and accounting setup, then set dates that stay clear of planting and harvest.

  2. 02

    Connect and move your data

We connect your OEMs and your books, and migrate parts, customers, machines, and open transactions. Your team checks everything before go-live.

  3. 03

Train every role, then go live

Training for the counter, the shop, sales, and the office, with our team on hand through go-live and after.

Single location, under 20 users

Fixed plan, including support after go-live

Larger groups

Ag dealer FAQ

Common questions from ag dealers.

Straight answers on OEM connections, price files, seasons, and switching.

Does Flyntlok integrate with John Deere?

Yes. JDPoint, JDWarranty, and JD PRISM are live. Your team sends parts orders from the Flyntlok purchase order, tracks shipments on that PO, and sees warranty status and PIPs on the machine. John Deere telematics is in development.

Does Flyntlok work with Kubota?

Yes. Flyntlok is now integrating with Kubota. Kubota price files are live, and Parts Locator, Parts Order, and SmartSupply are in development and will go live on a rolling basis.

What about AGCO, Massey Ferguson, and Fendt?

Flyntlok sends AGCO your inventory every night through MDI and exports parts POs as upload-ready files. Submit to AGCO, for direct PO submission, is in development.

Are my shortline price files covered?

Flyntlok keeps price files current for 400+ manufacturers and distributors, including CNH, Mahindra, Kioti, Krone, Kuhn, Vermeer, and Bush Hog. Pricing, supersessions, and substitutions load on their own, at no extra cost.

How does Flyntlok handle seasonal parts demand?

Smart Stocking recommends stock levels from your own sales history and seasonality, so planting and harvest parts are on the shelf before the rush. Transfers pull stock from your other locations.

Can I run multiple locations on Flyntlok?

Yes. Every location works from the same real-time data, with per-location reporting and transfers between branches. Adding a location means adding logins, not servers.

How long does implementation take?

Single-location dealers under 20 users usually run a fixed five-week plan. Larger groups run a custom plan, typically two to six months, and we time go-live around your off-season whenever we can. Either way, there's zero cost for implementation and migration.

Does Flyntlok work for ag dealers in Australia and New Zealand?

Yes. Flyntlok runs dealerships in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and syncs to Xero for AU and NZ dealers.
