New Customer Reviews Page-(Ticket # FD-463) Opportunity:As a Sales manager, it would be helpful to view all customer reviews of our company submitted via Google Reviews and have the option to reply to the individual review.Solution:We have added a new Reviews page. This new page will track and display customer reviews from Google and Facebook. This will help to determine customer satisfaction and what future actions may be needed to improve business.

We have separated the Revies Page from the CRM Hub. You can access the Reviews page from your left-hand navigation menu.

Request Reviews- (Ticket # FD-458)
Opportunity:As a salesperson I would like to be able to send a request to individual customers requesting a review of our company.Solution:We have added a "request review' button to the customer's review page. From the reviews page, you will also be able to send an email to your customers, requesting a review of the company via Google/Facebook Reviews.

Respond to Google Reviews-(Ticket #FD-461)
Opportunity:When viewing the different customer reviews from the new CRM reviews page, it would be helpful if you could respond to a specific customer review directly from the Flytnlok page.Solution:Add a response column to the Reviews page, allowing users to respond to individual customer reviews.
