Location Open Purchase Orders

LocationOpen Purchase Orders includes a large organized table of all Open Purchase Orders for the user’s location. This page can be accessed from the left nav bar by clicking Parts ->Location Open Purchase Orders. This table includes many filterable columns that allow quick access to Purchase Order information, such as vendor, location, creator, status, QB status, relevant dates, and more. The Company Open Purchase Orders page, which shows all Open Purchase Orders for the whole organization, is also accesible in the Parts menu and is thoroughly covered in this support article [link to Company Open Purchase Orders support article]. How to Group Column Headers

This Open POs page offers a grouping feature. Users can group column headers by:

1. Dragging any column header to the space provided above the table
2. Once dropped in the designated space, the table will include sub rows relevant to the chosen column header
   • This allows the Location Open Purchase Order page to be organized by vendor, date, or other classifications

Users can access the Purchase Order page for a specific order by clicking on the hyperlinked PO# listed in the PO column.[Add pictures/videos]

How to Filter or Search in the Open Purchase Orders Page

Users can filter or search in the Company Open Purchase Orders page by clicking on the column names and manually typing in the search bar directly below.[Add pictures/videos]

How to Export Location Open Purchase Orders Reports to Excel

Users can export the Location Open Purchase Orders report to Excel by clicking on the export button [picture of button]. Exporting automatically downloads as an Excel file, and will include all columns on the Location Open Purchase Orders page.[Add pictures/videos]
