Draft Purchase Orders

The Draft Purchase Orders page allows users to look at all purchase orders in draft status at once. This page is accessible by on the left nav bar and clicking Parts -> Draft Stock Orders. Once clicked, the Draft Purchase Orders page will appear and includes a large table with many Purchase Order columns such as the Draft Number, Make, Creator, Location, Create Date, and Type. This page offers a quick look-up view of all draft purchase orders.[Add pictures/videos]

How to Locate a Specific Draft Order from the Draft Purchase Orders Page

Users can go to the specific Draft Order by clicking on the hyperlinked Draft Number listed in the Draft Column. Users can also search all columns using the search bar at the top right of the page. If a matching cell is found, the cell will be highlighted in blue upon searched.[Add pictures/videos]

How to Filter or Search in the Draft Purchase Orders Page

Users can filter or search in the Draft Purchase Orders page by clicking on the column names and manually typing in the search bar directly below.[Add pictures/videos]

How to Export Draft Purchase Orders Page to Excel

Users can export the Draft Purchase Order table to Excel by clicking on the export button [picture of button]. Choose either Export all data, which exports all filtered data, or Export selected rows, which exports only the rows selected on the left column. Exporting automatically downloads as an Excel file, and will include all classifications on the Part Purchases page.[Add pictures/videos]

How to Customize the Part Purchase Order Columns

Users can customize Draft Purchase Orders Columns by clicking on the Column Chooser button [picture of button]. After clicking, the Column Chooser tab pops-up. Users can drag classifications between the column chooser tab and the table to reorder and decide which columns are displayed and the order they are displayed in. [Add pictures/videos]
