Opportunity
It was possible to update an item’s cost directly on the PO page but not the item’s MSRP or list price. These numbers often change together, and it would be more convenient for a user to be able to change all of them at once on the PO page.
Solution
Item MSRP and list price editing have been enabled on the PO page. List prices are generated automatically based on the price matrix information but this can be overridden by unchecking the "Auto Calculate List Price" button. Changes are committed to Flyntlok using the green Save button.

Opportunity
Managers requested the ability to edit the billing address on Machine Purchase Orders.
Solution
We have made the billing address fields editable on Machine Purchase Orders.
Additionally, there is a "Sync" button above the billing address, which will copy the shipping address info to the billing address. This can be helpful in the event the shipping address changes and you would like to update the billing address as well.

Opportunity
Managers requested to have the Flyntlok Customer number on the Customer Activity report, to use when exporting data.
Solution
Added the Customer ID column. It is available under the column chooser for use in this report.
Opportunity
Many dealerships and service departments rely on in-person transactions and prefer collecting signatures on dedicated hardware for speed, professionalism, and compliance. Without signature pad support, teams rely on mouse or touchscreen input, or use separate signature workflows, which can slow down the document process.
Solution
Signature Hub now supports signature capture using Topaz signature pads.
When accessing Signature Hub with the Topaz SigLite Chrome browser extension installed, a new "Use Signature Pad" button will appear. Clicking this button activates the browser extension and connected Topaz device, allowing signatures to be captured directly within the document workflow. Note: Currently supported on Windows using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browsers. Installation of the Topaz device requires additional drivers to be installed on your Windows device.

When the drivers and browser extension are properly installed, clicking on the "Use Signature Pad" button will pop open the Topaz signing window. Once a signature has been captured on the device, click on the green check mark icon to accept. The signature will then be immediately applied to the PDF signature line for immediate printing or emailing!

This enhancement enables faster in-person signing and a more seamless counter experience for your team and customers.
We have modernized the backend of our Shopify integration. This includes changes to how we link Items, Models, and Machines when editing product fields and updating inventory. These changes will keep Flyntlok tightly aligned with the Shopify platform as we move forward.
Complaint: User couldn’t add a warning note longer than 500 characters on the customer page.
Correction: Added a tooltip and character counter to the warning note. The tooltip explains how the warning note is displayed and the character count shows how many characters remain. Also increased the comment section’s character limit to support longer comments.
Complaint: A message sent directly from a company’s website was appearing above all the SMS messages in the conversations tab on the CRM Lead page, regardless of date or time. This would cause confusion if the phone number had previously unrelated conversation history.
