Our Alaska Headquarters has an AMAZING and fun work environment! We moved into a new office in March 2024 that will house a large number of amenities for the staff. Our Boston-area office is housed in a cool old Watch Factory beside the Charles River, alongside companies like Cisco and other cutting edge tech companies, with great restaurants and running/walking trails nearby.
What You'll Do
As a Business Consultant, you will focus primarily on client onboarding activities, as well as ongoing support of the product with existing clients. This includes helping to migrate customers from previous systems and ensuring their ongoing experience with Flyntlok is a positive one through high-touch support and good personal relationships. Our service and development teams are closely aligned in order to give our users the best experience possible.
